Rule involving surface point changing

After many requests from many people I have decided to allow eac player to change their surface ability once during the season. Once and once only is the rule however. Bear in mind I will be modifying the calendar to suit my whims so don't be so sure there'll be loads of hard/clay events like in real life.

Can you change at the end of the season and once during the season, or once during a calender year, off season included?

Good queation - once and once only I reckon - I guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it though
