i realise gaston doesn't serve aces but he still wins matches and surely thats the sign of a better player so ur attempt to dent my admiration failed, but i realise that what i said was quite harsh and i apologise but i still don't think that you should sciencey about the balls and stuff and so what if it ends in an unforced error theres always good shots before that to 'force' the unforced error. btw what is a 'forced error'?

If someone's serving a 149 mph serve at you and you get your racket to it but dont get it in play - thats an example of a forced error. I wasn't getting sciency, I was just pointing out that grass courts and hard courts are different, in the same way clay is different
