Hmm Jennifer Capriati, will she ever win another Slam? I'm tempted to say no, unfortunately. A few years ago when she was number 1 in the world and winning Slams, she was hitting people off the court but now everyone else seems to have got that much stronger. The Russians in particular are now able to simply over-power Capriati and it seems she is only able to beat the top players when they make more mistakes than she does. For example Serena at the French and the US Open, compared to Serena at Wimbledon.
Also, a lot is made of Dementieva's poor serve but it must also be said that Capriati's isn't great and a lot of the power hitters are able to pick off her serve and take control of the rallies.
Am I right or do you think J-Cap has at least another Slam in her?

No, I don't think so, Serena, Venus, Henin-Hardenne and Clijsters have all been out for differant parts of the year and none of them have been a top form for very long, yet Capriati hasn't even made it to the finals of any of the slams this year. She had prime opportunities at Roland Garros and the US Open and she still couldn't make it into the final, muchless win it.
The Russian girls have started to pass her too so i think her chances of winning another slam are slim to none.

She only have to play well seven consecutive matchs. And she in one of the few who can defeat the Williams. So, I think she can win another slam

I would've said yes two months ago, before the US Open, but she hasn't been able to string more than a few victories together in a row lately. I would say if she can't get it to the final in the US next year, she's toast.
