In 1986 when Argentina soccer team won the World Cup in Mexico´86, the players returned as heros and come to see the President, to show him the trophy. 
In 2006, Argentina did not reached the final.... but this match referee was an argentinian representant (Humberto Elizondo).
So, Elizondo come to see President Néstor Kirchner, and he gave him a present. What was it?
