Do you know what Roddick did? He had a match point, the upire gave him "game, set and match Roddick" but he said "no, no, this point is for my rival". The Verdasco won the match. Roddick is a gentleman!

NADAL WINS IN LONGEST FINAL
Rafael Nadal has won the Rome Tennis Masters 2005 event in a thrilling five set match.
The Spanish youngster took the title 64 36 63 46 76 in over five hours of play against Argentina's Guillermo Coria.
In what commentators said was one of the most exciting finals Rome has ever seen, Nadal extends his winning streak to 17 straight matches. He is now 31-2 on clay this year - an ATP best - and moves to second place behind Roger Federer in the Indesit ATP Race, just 10 points behind the leader.
At five hours and 14 minutes, the two players broke the record for the longest match ever played in the Rome event. With almost nothing to divide the adversaries, the match was eventually won on a fifth-set tie-break, 8-6.
At 18 years and 11 months, Nadal is the third youngest winner in Rome, after Bjorn Borg and Jimmy Arias.
"This was one of the toughest matches of my life," Nadal said after his win.
Nadal, running around his backhand whenever possible, went a break down in the fifth game of the first set but but broke back twice to close the set 6-4 with Coria showing some signs of tiredness.
These doubts were soon dispelled in the second set. Coria saved break points in the second game and then broke in the third, only to be broken back straight away. But he broke again in the seventh and then a third time to take the set 6-3.
In the third, Nadal raced off to a 4-0 and 5-1 lead with Coria taking half-volleys and coming in to the net more frequently as if he were weary of the long rallies.
But again he came back to 5-3 before eventually losing the set 6-3 after a marathon game with 12 deuces and seven set points for Nadal.
In the fourth, Coria broke in the first game and managed to hold his advantage, taking the set 6-4.
Nadal, who called the trainer for attention to his hand due to blistering, went quickly two breaks down and 3-0 in the final set. Both players by this time were grimacing with fatigue but still running down every point. But with great determination he broke back twice to level 3-3.
Nadal then saved a break point at 4-4, while Coria saved a match point at 4-5.
With the match in a tie-break and the Rome public willing Nadal on, he quickly built up a 5-2 lead before seeing it whittled away. At 6-4 he failed to convert another two match points, due to a double fault and a brilliant lob by Corias. But he took his fourth match point for a well deserved win and his second ATP Masters series shield of the year.
