If you want to learn some good hits watching them on the TV, you have to pay attention. Everybody see when a smash is coming, the player points at the ball with the left hand, but when they try to copy the movement, they made the same mistake: You have to rise both hands, the left pointing to the ball all the time but specially if it is windy, but also the right hand with the raquet. Many sunday players but the racket down, so they have to make all the move up and back again, and the hit is anything but a smash Then, go back to see a professional match on TV and see how they rise both arms, like a clock at 11:05 hs.
